Getting All Grown Up

Little Miss Mae has decided she is all grown up!
She is to big to go potty on the little girl potty, "No mom! Big Potty!"
We can no longer take bathes because mom and dad don't take baths, "No mom! Shower!" In fact, she likes to shower so much that I can't even get a shower in without her! She hears that faucet turn on and shes a running! " Mae Shower too!"

The last few weeks we've started doing a family date night. We'll go grab dinner and then if Mae is nice through dinner we go to Red Mango and get Ice Cream. And Mae is pretty peticular about what ice cream she gets! We thought we'd get her the yellow ice cream with fruity pebble topping, but no, she gave that one to dad and took the bigger ice cream. Next time we got her the pink ice cream, "No Mom! This one! Ok!" and she took my ice cream. And there was no trading back or having bites from her ice cream! It was pretty funny! So we go with the original yogurt ice cream with chocolate chips!

Viva Las Vegas!

We took a little getaway last week to good old Vegas! Mostly we just hung by the pool, and went out to get some terrific food! My kind of vacation!

The last time we were in Vegas we tried out Diablo's, I think it is a tradition in the making! Spectacular food and even better Margaritas!


We were also able to get really good tickets to Mystere! We were on the 2nd row! Although I can't really tell you what the story line was, I was captivated! It was absolutely incredible!
